No one loves like he does
No one loves like he does.
I sat observing by the quayside a few nights before Christmas .
Watching the odd bird fly overhead reflecting on the year that’s almost past.
I sat around thinking about those who I had loved. And never loved in return.
Those who I had cried with and those who I had laughed with.
I sat around thinking about the pillar that has held my life. Thinking about what type of cohesive force has kept me sane. I toyed with many ideas before reaching one final conclusion.
Man can claim to love you, but it is a worldy love which is in ownership with the world.A love that is shallow and may dwindle in sight of many things , a love that is easily shattered and offended at the slight thing. But also consider it a love that is easily withdrawn due to the other participant no longer extending what you have extended all along.
But then you ask , what love is pure and clean like a freshly groomed lamb’s fleece?
Gods love, think about it , it is an essence that is indescribable loving us more than anything in this world he sent his son, his son came as a Saviour for all not a physically rich and mighty king. But a King of peace and humbleness a king of all peoples hearts. Captivating our temperamental hearts with his solid faith and praying aura.
I could describe forever but just imagine your little joy or big joy called your child whom you centre your world around. Imagine sending them to save the world knowing that they will die. And if you can just about imagine it , then you can just have a grain of understanding as to how much God loves us.
So now as I dance by the quayside, jingle away to the Christmas even gospel sounds I am confident that this new year will bring great joy and tidings.
Stay safe and blessed all. Love Meg.
