Oh father in this new year do not let me fall by the way side. Father I don’t want to be the same again.
I don’t wish for my feet to remain on rock that is not solid.
Father cleanse my thoughts because only me and you know of their uncleanness.
Wash me and break me so I may long after you.
I don’t want to be lukewarm I want to be burning with your fire.
Really burning with your fire I don’t want one that comes and goes.
I want to be completely steadfast totally emerged in your being.
I want my eyes to be fixed on you, I want to seek assurance and security from you.
I want nothing from man but the favour you put in them to extend to me.
Father heavenly love.
There are so many things I could become carried away with asking Father but you know them all.
However I thank you for all the wonders , miracles, angels, divine interventions, oh father Lord right down to my fingertips and eyes I am using to type this.
Thank you for this you and I know that I will give you more thanks in 2008.
